Established in 1991, is a diversified holding Company with interest in manufacturing, wholesaling and retail market development. The Company has operated as a specialised market developer and promotions group since 1991.Prior to its establishment in 1991, the Principals of the Company were responsible for the creation and inception of an entire genre of direct marketing dating back to 1983. Experience that has seen the employment of thousands of personnel over time, with offices throughout Australasia and as far away as the U.K.
vIts current client base most notably includes major *National Tyre and Mechanical Service Franchise Groups. e.g. Bridgestone, Yokohama (Tyres and More group), Dunlop Super-dealerships,to name just a few. A quiet but never-the-less significant socially responsibe contribution, within its main Industry Group focus, has been the promotion of practical environmental strategies (an early leader) in respect of consumer related *automotive useage.In fact this environmental focus goes back as far as the early 1970’s for the principals.
Extending its long standing interest in environmental products and services the Company diversified in 1995 and formed an environmentally specific product division, involved in the re-manufacture,pilot marketing, research and development of several Environmental products. The main focus being Water treatment technologies, In 1998, The Living Well®, became an internationally registered trademark. The Company holds patent rights relating to its core products. Achieving the right balance of its technology platform, cost/quality, target markets and so on has been an evolutionary process and the result of several years of field and marketing trials. The strategy of targeting the technology within realistic price parameters for the market and an emphasis on robust simplicity and quality, has been a central goal. More sophisticated developments are on the drawing board and are planned for the market place over the next 2 years.</div>
New Horizons for 2010 : The latest addition to the Company's diversified interests is in IT services. The Company has invested significantly over the last 5 years to establish a niche in the global reach offered by the world wide web. This is still a work in progress however, as a point of market entry, the Company has been able to draw on the expertise of its own members to launch transwebjp.com. This is a niche translation service aimed at providing integrated web design/hosting in addition to technical and general Japanese /English, English/Japanese language services.
